Serena Fioravanti appointed as Chief Risk Officer

Her appointment, announced on August 7, 2024, was subject to regulatory approval and discussion with the bank's shareholders and depository receipt holders. Both conditions have now been met.

As CRO, Serena will be responsible for risk management and compliance at ABN AMRO. She brings almost 25 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on risk management, treasury, liquidity risk management, corporate finance, project management and audit.
