IPO and Privatisation
ABN AMRO is listed on the Euronext stock exchange. The first tranche of depositary receipts for shares was listed on the stock exchange on 20 November 2015. The Dutch government currently is a large shareholder of ABN AMRO (via NLFI) and intends to gradually reduce its shareholding over time.
