‘Moneyou Go’ technology platform sold to TM-Pro


ABN AMRO announces the sale of Moneyou’s technology platform ‘Moneyou Go’ to TM-Pro. TM-Pro will take over the platform, its features, the intellectual property rights to its software and the associated people. The Moneyou Go and TM-Pro IT operations and software activities will be combined to offer a unified open banking solution to the financial services market. The activities will continue under the TM-Pro brand.

Moneyou B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. On 12 August 2020, ABN AMRO announced it would be winding down all Moneyou activities, except for its mortgage activities.
