Business clients to be informed of new payment fees this week

Starting this week, all business clients will receive a letter setting out our fees for business payment services that will take effect on 1 January 2021. Only a small number of the bank’s fees will change, with 90% remaining the same.
For the fees that are set to change, ABN AMRO encourages the use of digital payments and digital exchange of information. For example, our fee for dispatching paper copies of reports will be raised, while fees for reversing PIN payments will come down. The monthly fee for a business payments package (including a business account, a debit card, Internet Banking and use of the ABN AMRO mobile banking app) will amount to 9.90 euros from 1 January 2021 (up from 9.75 euros this year).
