Whether we’re working from home, shopping, reading the news or filing a tax return, we’re harnessing the power of the Internet to do more these days. Clients, too, can do more of their banking online now than ever before. Because of this trend, though, fewer clients are visiting bank branches. This, in turn, has resulted in closures. So what about those for whom the digital world is more a maze than a tool? How can they continue to do their banking?

In Richard Reporting, Richard Kooloos, who heads up Group Sustainability, drops in on colleagues to find out how they personally are making sustainability a reality. In this episode, he talks to ABN AMRO’s Gudy van der Wal-Verbruggen, who is committed to financial inclusion and resilience for the bank’s elderly and vulnerable clients.
