ABN AMRO CEO Robert Swaak’s term extended by four years, until 2028

ABN AMRO has announced that its Supervisory Board has asked Robert Swaak to extend his current term of office as the CEO by four years, until the 2028 General Meeting of Shareholders. Robert Swaak has accepted their request.

Robert Swaak (1960) has been the CEO of ABN AMRO since 22 April 2020 CEO. His new term will commence at the close of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
