Launch of Employee and Climate Action Reforestation Program with Land Life Company

ABN AMRO Clearing, today announced the launch of an international employee and climate action reforestation program with Land Life Company.

Celebrating the program launch at a tree-planting day in Douglas Park in Chicago IL, Andrej Bolkovic, Chief Executive Officer, ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago LLC said, “Land Life has developed an innovative reforestation program which supports our commitment to operational sustainability, to the Climate Action UN Sustainable Development Goal, and to employee engagement with our organizational values. It’s a great way to connect people with the planet and our community.”  

ABN AMRO Clearing will also support the planting of a new forest in the Castilla y León region of Spain where Land Life has already planted hundreds of thousands of trees on degraded land, restoring biodiversity and natural ecosystems to the area. In 2020, the two companies will extend the program to other cities around the world.

Land Life’s technology is used across the reforestation value chain to accelerate and scale impact. “ABN AMRO Clearing is a forward-thinking, climate-conscious company and we’re excited to work with their teams across the globe,” said Rebekah Braswell, Chief Commercial Officer, Land Life Company.“ 

In 2019, Land Life Company will plant over a million trees, reforesting over 1,000 hectares, worldwide.
