Sonia is part of the Financial Markets Research Team. She is responsible for covering the European government bond markets. She also provides interest rates forecasts, macro-economic analyses linked to country spreads development and sustainability research.

She joined ABN AMRO in March 2021 via the Global Markets traineeship program where she worked for various desks (e.g. FI Sales, derivatives trading and fixed income research).

Sonia holds a Bachelor degree in International Business by the EM Normandie Business School, and obtained her two Master Degrees in International Economics and Finance at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
