Do you have a question, complaint or comment about any of our products or services in the Netherlands? For example, about online banking, our branch offices or ATMs? There are several ways you can contact us – whether you are a client of ours or not (yet).

Chat with us

Many of our telephone lines are only open during office hours. You can always call us outside of these hours in an emergency, of course. But you can also ask our chatbot Anna your question. She is available 24/7 and replies immediately. And if she doesn’t have the answer, one of our employees will take over the chat.

Calling with the app

When you call us from the ABN AMRO app on your phone, your call goes directly to our Customer Service staff. It’s much faster than calling the regular way, as you don’t have to enter the phone number and you skip the options menu. And because you are logged in, we can see right away who you are. Safe and secure!

Make an appointment with an advisor

Do you have a question about your mortgage, a loan or anything else? With video banking you can get personalised advice from one of our advisors. It’s the same as having a meeting at one of our offices, but using your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Wherever and whenever you want. And the advisor can show you anything you need to see during the meeting on their screen.


Have you not found what you need? Then you can call our Customer Service department. Do bear in mind that you may have to wait. Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5.30 pm. Please note: We have different telephone numbers for commercial clients and Private Banking.
